Although the Apostle Paul considered it a privilege to suffer for Christ, by our nature we do not view suffering as a privilege… in fact the flesh does not want to suffer… But be reminded, that our suffering does not indicate we are being punished rather, it’s working towards a greater good. Sometimes it serves as a witness to others who follow us; it strengthens their faith. Then other times it takes our eyes off earthly conveniences and places them solely on God. One thing is for sure, as long as we don’t become bitter, it will produce a stronger character if we will allow it to.
