Just Thinking…

Each day our thoughts are inundated by money, food, sleep or the opposite sex… how can I make more, what will I eat today, not getting enough sleep, Lord when will I get a man…. I will guesstimate 70% of time is geared towards these subject matters, while 30% is spent in our spiritual zone.  Just think, if we reversed these numbers, giving the 70% to spiritual subject matters, how much more peace, joy and centeredness we would enjoy…

Set your mind on things above, not on earthly things.  For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.  When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.  Col. 3:2,3,4   I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me:  and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.  Gal. 2:20
