For as long as I can remember I have been fascinated with home decor… I have had the pleasure of decorating for family, friends and professionally. Since the market for decorating is huge, lately I’ve been trying to decide on my niche area for this stage of my life… found It! I have decided to create Creative Cornices for children. I can remember the first time I purchased custom drapes and cornices; I paid a small fortune to capture that custom look. I have worked diligently creating this custom look for children, offering a variety of styles, colors, and themes and yet creating. These cornices provide a fun and whimsical look to a child’s room while creating the perfect focal point. I am pleased to say that I have made them affordable, easy to hang – no need to hire a professional, and requires only light dusting. These cornices will absolutely “wow” little ones.
I have established a website: http://www.whimsicalwindowtoppers.com to advertise and sell product. I have done most of the groundwork myself, as this is a grassroots venture for me; I am open to marketing ideas and would gladly welcome suggestions. Specifically, I would love to connect with a community of young mothers or mothers with children age 0 months – 12yrs, to introduce my product to them. I have a passion for ministering to women in need of navigating life and have contributed in a number of ways over the years. I plan to continue doing so by donating a portion of the proceeds of each sale to a structured organization created to assist women and children.
As I have said at the onset of my blog and in many of my postings, my prayer is that women everywhere will stop walking in defeat and fear, take back their power to dream, believe and follow their heart, then bring to fruition the businesses or ministries God has given to them. It’s never too late and never impossible!
